I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Agape for 10 days, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the exceptional staff made me feel like royalty, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality were unmatched. The villa itself is like a countryside palace, surrounded by enchanting English gardens that look like they’re straight out of a fairytale. The serene beauty of the surroundings added a magical touch to my stay. My room was a masterpiece of stylish design, combining elegance with comfort, and the cleanliness was impeccable—easily one of the best I’ve experienced. Hotel Agape is not just a place to stay; it’s a retreat for guests seeking tranquility and charm. The convenience of their shuttle service made exploring Florence a breeze, as they arranged transportation to all the main tourist areas. This thoughtful service made my trip even more enjoyable. If I ever return to Florence, there’s no doubt that Hotel Agape will be my home again. I can’t recommend this gem of a hotel highly enough!

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were delighted to receive a room upgrade, which set the tone for a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is stunning, housed in a beautifully designed mansion with impressive architecture that exudes elegance and charm. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the well-maintained garden added a serene touch to the atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight—an outstanding Italian spread with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The made-to-order fresh juices were a lovely touch that elevated the experience. Another great perk was the complimentary shuttle service to and from Florence city, making it incredibly convenient to explore without any hassle. With such excellent service and amenities, we will definitely be returning for another stay!

We wanted to stay in an Italian Villa and the hotel is just that. Lovely large room with a window that overlooked the fountain lawn. The bathroom was not large but functional. Breakfast had a good selection including fresh made juices. The automatic coffee machine did a good job as well. The hotel is a distance from the city centre - we didn't walk from the hotel but rather opted for the shuttle which was available during certain time on call with the last pick at 8pm. There are 2 drop off/pick up the second being the closest to the city about 15min walk. The hotel restaurant was recommended to us by some other guest but we didn't try it opting to discover the local places near the drop off. The staff were very engaged and aways helpful.

The staff was very charming and helpful always. They arranged taxis upon request and were available for all request for suggestions on time to get to and from the historical district and sites It is a beautiful property. If you are only staying to go to the sites in the city i would choose another venue. It is a distance from all and the shuttle is only certain times and it is a walk from the center of the city where the museums, shopping, restaurants etc are. The property itself has a gorgeous relaxing surroundings with a spectacular view and a olive grove, rose garden, bee hives (they serve the honey at breakfast and you can purchase as well) the breakfast is very nice and has something for any all diets! the service is 100%.

This is probably the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in , in Italy. The gardens are just stunning and having breakfast and dinner on the terrace was magical. The rooms have been beautifully styled and the common areas have been beautifully restored. The location is excellent, away from the madding crowds, and in a very stunning neighbourhood where there is a free shuttle bus to take you into the old town of Florence. The quality of the food in the restaurant was first class and all staff were very welcoming, attentive and friendly. This was a real find and a great place to explore Florence .
